Welcome

I am a freelance writer, interior designer and stylist based in Monmouth S.E Wales.

I qualified in Cape Town South Africa where we lived until moving to the UK six years ago. Since living in the welsh countryside I have satisfied my yearning for Africa by becoming the proud owner of a somewhat derelict Moroccan farmhouse.

A combination of the Welsh countryside, my South African roots and more recently my Moroccan sojourns have all had their impact and influence on my design aesthetic  and life. As an instinctive hoarder I believe in an eclectic approach to design that allows a vase of daffodils from my garden in Wales to sit comfortably on a Moroccan tea tray, and my on-going travels to both the northern and southern tips of Africa continue to be a source of inspiration and creativity.
